We will issue a full refund in the following cases:
- Non-Delivery of Service: If we fail to deliver the service you ordered (e.g., specific number of backlinks, or monthly SEO report) within the timeframe specified on the service page, you are entitled to a full refund.
- Service Not as Described: If the service provided is significantly different from what was described on our website (e.g., delivering Profile links when you ordered Guest Posts), you may be eligible for a refund.
- Order Cancellation: If you request to cancel your order before we have commenced work on it (typically within 24 hours), we will issue a full refund.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
We will not issue refunds under the following circumstances:
- Ranking and Traffic Guarantees: SEO results are influenced by many factors beyond our control, such as Google's algorithm updates or competitor actions. Therefore, we do not guarantee specific rankings or traffic numbers and do not offer refunds if a specific ranking is not achieved.
- Backlink Removal by Third-Party Sites: We acquire high-quality links, but we cannot control the actions of third-party websites. If a backlink is removed by the site owner after delivery, we cannot provide a refund. (This is different from our Review services, which may have a replacement guarantee).
- Change of Mind: We do not offer refunds if you change your mind after the service has been completed and delivered as described (e.g., after the SEO report is sent or links are built).
- Incorrect Information Provided: If you provide us with an incorrect URL or keywords that prevents us from delivering the service correctly, we cannot issue a refund.

To request a refund, you must contact our support team within 7 days of your order's delivery date. Please include your order number and a detailed explanation of the issue. We will review your request and notify you of our decision within 3-5 business days.
